[chirp_users] help

In Chirp, don't you go to the Radio menu and choose "download from 
Radio" which brings up the little menu to choose the radio make, model 
and com port. Then, for my Yaesu FT-897, at least, I have to have it in 
Clone mode (on that radio, I turn it on whilst pressing both arrow keys) 
and then set Chirp to listen by pressing OK (or whatever) and then press 
the "Send" key (there is a label on the screen above the three keys). 
After a moment the transfer takes place and a table appears in Chirp...
