Choose File -> New. You'll see a Generic CSV spreadsheet and can start
typing in your frequencies.

When you get your radio, choose Radio -> Download From Radio. Now
you'll have two spreadsheets, one specific to your radio and one
Generic CSV. Copy and paste from the Generic CSV, use the import
feature, or type directly into your radio specific spreadsheet. Now
choose Radio -> Upload to Radio and your radio is programmed.
