[chirp_users] Elecraft Support

Hi

I used to have a K2 and it used a lot of the Kenwood radio
control commands, by that I mean, then we used kenwood ????
and the rig time. Sorry I can't remember what ???? was.
It may be that if someone donated the use of Elcraft it wouldn't
take long to get Chirp to work with them.
