I DOWNLOADED THE ORIGINAL FACTURY SETTINGS AND THEN REWROTE THE FREQUENCIES
I NEEDED AND RELOADED THE MODIFIED FACTORY AND IT WORKED FLAWLESSLY. Thanks

Hap,

Turn radio OFF, then press the "3" key & hold, turn radio on while holding
the "3" down,you should see a BFBXXX where XXX is a number like BFB397.

What version of CHIRP are you using? Can you attach an image downloaded from
your radio?
