[chirp_users] baufeng uv-5r

[Hap Hatch]

I have had a problem with a new uv-5r.  I have programmed two other uv-5r
radios in the past with no problems at all but this new one gives me a
warning as follows---"Upload finished, but the 'Other Settings' could not be
sent because the firmware version of the image does not match that of the
radio"
