[chirp_users] New Daily Build

A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,
bug fixes, and/or bugs.  If you are interested in trying it, grab it

[Dan Smith <dsmith at danplanet.com>] Disable KG-818 file detection (for now)

Right now, CHIRP can't tell the difference between a KG-816
and a KG-818, which means it detects both types of files
as the same. This patch makes the 818 not detectable to
make it consistent (at least) until the problem can really
be resolved properly.
