[chirp_users] chirp_users Digest, Vol 54, Issue 1

He told me it was a unit locked at the factory to make it part 90
compliant. I have not seen it as we were conferring on our local repeater.
I pointed him at the miklor site and suggested holding the locking key for
longer than 2 seconds. Thanks guys
