[chirp_users] Baofeng BFB297

I am so new at this the price tag is still on, but I did have an issue 
with my UV5R last night. I was trying to manually program a repeater in 
my area it was rx 147.160 and tx 147.180 tone 100.00+ but whenever I 
input the channel, it would not accept 147.160. It would change to 
147.150. I don't know what this means I am newer than new at this.
