[chirp_users] D72 export and COM10 follow up

Hi Tom,

I just created http://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/395 . I don't think I'm 
doing anything special but hey, I do software QA for a living so I break 
stuff all the time without meaning to :)

I also set up a win32 environment but no luck running chirp yet. Somehow 
the gtk install didn't take. I'll tackle that again later.
