[chirp_users] Error Reading From Radio - AT5888UV

I get the following error with daily releases for 2/24 & 2/25 on the Anytone
5888UV.  The previous daily release read the radio fine, but it did not pick
up on the transmit PL tone.

"Radio NAK'd block at 1a00"   [radio display says CLONE67]
