The daily build currently contains some experimental changes to the
CSV code, which HMK depends on. It would help if you would create a
new bug report at http://chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/issues/new
and attach your debug.log and broken HMK file.

HMK should work fine still in the stable build.
