[chirp_users] Vista problems

I think the first thing I'd check is to make sure that the user account
on the Vista machine has full read/modify permissions in whatever folder
you're trying to save the file to. When I moved a lot of files and
folders from a Win7 laptop to a Win8 machine, the Win8 laptop wouldn't
let me save anything to the transferred folders until I went in and
fixed the permissions--and never said anything. It just failed silently,
as you're seeing now. Since Win 7 and 8 are updated versions of Vista,
it wouldn't surprise me at all if it was a permissions problem.
