I think this feature of Chirp only requests conventional public
service frequencies. It was written before RR added a separate section
for amateur radio. Create a Feature request issue for this I'll look
into how to request the amateur radio section when I have some free
time.

For now there's always Repeater Book. That's the best database of
amateur radio repeaters available for my area.
