[chirp_users] New Daily Build

No problem Jim, I bought these radios for emergency purposes, and I want 
to load the Marine, and GMRS channels as well as repeaters for my area. 
I think I can get that done now. I don't have them all loaded yet, I am 
not used to the interface, but I think I can figure it out. Problem Is, 
I don't have the right channels with the correct numbers. I will 
eventually figure it out.
