[chirp_users] Programming Anytone mobile

Thanks for the info.  I kind of came up with a similar work around.

I had my BaoFeng Chirp file open in one window, and in another I cloned 
the radio into Chirp.  Then I did a Control A in the radio Chirp file 
and deleted the entire thing, and then copied and pasted the BaoFeng 
file into the (now) blank file the same way, and then uploaded it into 
the Anytone.  It seems to be working, but the Anytone radio has a lot 
more features and it'll take me a while to figure out how to operate it 
compared to my BaoFeng HTs.
