A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,

[Dan Smith <dsmith at danplanet.com>] Actually fix a failure with pyserial's win32 comports method

Since comports returns a generator, we don't actually hit the problem
until we iterate. Instead, evaluate to a list immediately so we fire
the exception when we're equipped to handle it.
