[chirp_users] UV-5R 251 & 291

I need to import profile from ver.291 to 251, is there a way? I
noticed that Chirp will not read VIP profiles. I am using Chirp for
ver 251 and VIP for version 291, but I cannot share profiles to make
all radios identical.

Also, is anyone working an option to upgrade 251 version firmware to 291?

Thank you.
