A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,
bug fixes, and/or bugs.  If you are interested in trying it, grab it

a peculiar behavior of the system CSV module.

bitwise. This is a long time coming, and it's significantly cleaner and
easier to maintain now. Note that this broke bank support, but I'll
follow up shortly with a fix for that.

name in the bank membership editor.

[Dan Smith <dsmith at danplanet.com>] Update RFinder driver to support their new super secret ultra secure
authentication protocol.

[Tom Hayward <tom at tomh.us>] Add option for hardware flow control (rtscts) for Radio drivers, defaults to off.
