A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,
bug fixes, and/or bugs.  If you are interested in trying it, grab it

Specifically:
 - I fixed an error in the #seekto 0x0E28; structure. u8 band; was missing
   so everything after u8 almod; was off by 1 byte.
 - I've added a setting for DTMFST on the Advanced Settings menu
 - I've added a edit box for the 6 + Power-On Message
 - I've added a setting for the Power-On Message
