[chirp_users] New Daily Build

Because the baofeng_uv5r group had been discussing within the last day or
two that is was discovered that the menu 6 selection was expanded from 5 to
10 with the release of BFB293. Alan probably changed the setting withing
the last day or so and remembered the 5 to 10 change.
Research today discovered that 2 other menus have also been changed (menu 1
and menu 20). I'll bet selecting one of the new menu 1 settings via the
keypad will cause similar errors to be encountered when downloading into
CHIRP.
