[chirp_users] PX-2R downloaded data is corrupted

I work in software development and I understand the process of 
prioritizing requirements.  Sometimes there just isn't enough 
justification for adding something.

Anyhow... for this one radio I can just enter everything by hand.  I 
have several other radios (VX-7R, FT-60R, FT-7800, FT-8800, FTM-350AR, 
UV-3R) and see that CHIRP supports all but one of those.  If I can get 
them working, it will be good to be able to have 'one program to rule 
them all' with a common set of data files.  ;-)
