[chirp_users] latest build trouble on MacOS

I downloaded the .1.1.12 .zip file for MacOS. After Extraction when I run
the .App it prompts about being first time run and do I want to download.
Immediately after clicking 'OK' it gives an error saying "unable to fetch
CHIRP 0.1.12".

Is there a way to manually download the full App?
