[chirp_users] BAOFENG UV3R

I notice that chirp supports the UV3R but has anyone tried to program the
new UV3r MarkII which has the dual display.  I am awaiting the programming
cable but thought I would check first and see if anyone has had success with
the new dual display model (I think it came out in September 2011).
