[chirp_users] ic91ad to ic92ad

Yes using data cable in the jack on the side. Will unistall and do a fresh
install of the latest daily build and try again. Will also load it on a
different computer. Will also load only one or two channels with the icom
software and see if chirp can read that. will let you know how it works.
