[chirp_users] RELEASE: 0.1.11

Hi all,

I just posted the official version 0.1.11 on the website.  Many thanks 
to all the people that contributed code and loaned radios to support the 
effort.  This release brings almost three times as many supported radios 
as version 0.1.10 had!  The abbreviated list of changes from 0.1.10 is 
on the download page:

If you are on a mailing list for one of the supported radios or another 
community that might be interested, be sure to share this link around. 
More users means more bug reports and then (eventually) fewer bugs :)
