[chirp_users] Chirp Data transfer

Found it -- I think.

It just says "debug" with no ".log"  I was searching for debug.log, 
and it did not appear.

The debug file simply says "Log initialized", and that is all.  No 
real info in it. It is a 17 byte file.  That is it, so I am afraid 
that is not much help either.

Any other ideas?
