Hmm, I'm not sure I understand. Your attached .chirp file looks right to 
me. I just opened it in chirp and see that the "Tone Mode" and "Tone" 
columns were not being displayed. This has nothing to do with what's in 
the file, but is rather a bug in the .chirp driver. I just pushed a fix 
for that for tomorrow.

I exported a CSV file from your Kenwood while I had it, and it shows all 
the correct data as far as I can tell (and opens in chirp properly). If 
you think there's another issue, please send me a CSV file exported from 
that radio and I'll have a look.

It looks like the correct values are in the ToneSql field, but that's 
incorrect for the "Tone" field setting (and is a bug in the import 
behavior). Which file did you import from to create the W32 image as 
provided?
