 Actually, yeah, that might be helpful.  I think that the GTK one is
 probably the same as the GIMP one, but I'm not sure.  If you could send me
 all three, I can make that determination here, and then try to reproduce
 it using those files.

 I'm not a Windows guy, but I assume that the "fix" here is to prevent
 CHIRP from loading iconv.dll from anywhere other than its own directory.
 I'll have to do some digging on that.
