 The behavior has changed in the .1.10.b9 release on Windows.  Now if I
 attempt to change the SKIP field to any other value, I get an error
 window:

 Invalid value for this field
 Unsupported operand type(s) for &: 'str' and 'int'

 The problem is not restricted to ICF conversions. Attached is a Clone dump
 of my 880 that exhibits the error.  Also note that the Skip field is not
 read properly- it does not match the actual radio data.  I am also
 attaching the ICF dump of the rig.

 I don't know if you want a separate ticket for it, but the BANK names are
 also ignored by the Clone read into CHIRP.

 NOTE: This may only be happening with the 880.  I was not exhaustive in
 checking the 2820 profile but I know I was able to edit the Skip setting
 with no error box.
