[chirp_users] CHIRP 0.1.7

G'day Dan,

Great to see 0.1.7 released.  Well done.

While I was working on a few of the wiki pages tonight I came across
something, which was a bit unexpected.  I started chirp, without a radio
connected, and opened my ic92.chirp file.  I then clicked on the D-STAR
tab and noticed that there was no information stored in any of the
(URCALL, RPTCALL and MYCALL) fields.  

I then connected up the radio, connected to Band B and all of the
attributes were there and available through CHIRP.

I thought that these attributes would have been stored in the chirp
file, but it looks like they may not be.  If this is correct, is there a
plan to add them to the stored chirp file at some stage?
