[UAT] Errors compiling UAT on Rasberry PI

After a few hours of trying I'm still not able to get UAT compiled. It
appears to be an issue with the iniparser, i have downloaded it and ran
make.. but when I make UAT I get errors about iniparser.h so I'm sure I'm
missing something simple.
