I had to trick it a bit and tell it to use the lucid code. I did this by creating /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu-hams-updates-ppa-lucid.list by hand. Then I did a 'sudo apt-get udpate', followed by 'sudo apt-get install d-rats'. I also had to manually grab gtk.glade: 'sudo apt-get install python-glade2'. ppa:ubuntu-hams-updates/ppa” command. Am I doing something wrong or is it different for the Pi?
