<DIV>Hi All, I want to pass d-rats through my hotspot, I have configured the
network, the Hotspot software is on a different PC to D-Rats.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Here’s my dilemma, when I send the message the HT radio (monitoring the
hotspot) receives a TX Blip similar to if I were hard wired to the radio as a
port, so I know it’s going somewhere. I have another radio (mobile) connected to
the same Gateway via a different node, this also gets the TX Blip but no text
appears, same in the reverse. </DIV>

<DIV>Neither station can ping the other.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>My hotspot uses DPRS and this works fine, I see my node and mobile stations
on aprs.fi , in D-rats the network address is correct (an internal network IP),
the port 20003 is correct.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>If I place the Mobile radio on the simplex frequency of the node (the same
as the HT) the message pops up when sent. But I guess this is then direct not
through the gateway or hotspot software.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>When my hotspot sends my periodic station position to Aprs.fi the map
feature shows it up in D-Rats mapping and my hotspot shows up in the stations
list to the right of the chat window.</DIV>

<DIV>What am I doing wrong, it’s baffling me?</DIV>
