That's a pretty impressive exaggeration. There have been four this<br>
week, yes, and I've trained the spam catcher for each one after it came<br>
in before deleting it for the ticket system. There were zero in the<br>
month of April, three in the month of March (when the spam catcher had<br>
been disabled due to a system upgrade). What you don't see is how many<br>
it *is* catching and blocking, which is over ten per day.<br>
<br>
I can just turn the ticket system off entirely if you like. Happy to do<br>
that.<br>
