covers up to version 0.3.3b5. Also included are primers on using the map, using
D-RATS via Packet radio, setting up and using the network proxy/Ratflector
utility, and configuring specific radios to use with D-RATS. Lastly, a .zip file
containing .jpg files that have been sized to use as logos on mail forms is
