</div>In the ratflector? That will attempt to establish an outbound<br>
connection to your external IP address which (a) is unnecessary and<br>
could create a loop and (b) usually won't work with any sort of<br>
firewall. If you're not connecting it to a radio, you don't need any<br>
paths setup in the ratflector.<br>

</div>Sounds like a Windows (, McAfee, Norton, etc) firewall on your system.<br>
<br>
In the unlikely case that it's a port conflict, try port 9001 or<br>
something like that.<br>
