Windows Vista Home Premium. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

cable: 3 conductor cable to digital port on radio. Pin 5 to barrel, pin 2 to
center, pin 3 to tip. (Stereo connector)<o:p></o:p></span></p>

port: 6, 9600, 8 N 1<o:p></o:p></span></p>

can’t get D-Rats to key the radio.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

also tried to connect to the D-Rats reflector using the information that Dan
put out yesterday. I do not have internet at the present.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
