My DV Dongle was working fine with the D-rats software until I started getting the message:<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; failed to connect (unable to connect (10061 connection refused)))<BR>

Any ideas why this is happening.<BR>
