the last time I checked this function but it currently doesn't work. The debug
log is attached. I manually input the URL for the specific tile in a browser and
it downloads fine. DRATS doesn't seem to be able to download them though. Based
upon how quick the windows pop and close (almost instantaneously) , I am
assuming we have lost a timeout setting in the download feature.
