[drats_users] D-RATS settings

1) Since one is connected to the internet RATflectors when starting D-RATS
(if a RATflector is enabled in Preferences), what is the purpose of
"Connected to Internet" under the main File menu?
2) If one is connected to a radio (e.g. ICOM-31A) and using the RF link, is
a complete .txt file sent in the Chat window when it is selected using
Cntrl B?
3) If an email is sent to the Winlink server, is it necessary to put WL2K:
in front of a Winlink email address, e.g. N4VIP at winlink.org or
WL2K:N4VIP at winlink.org?  And can email addresses other than @winlink.org be
used, e.g. To: N4VIP at winlink.org, WL2K:dhsfaresdrats at gmail.com or
N4VIP at winlink.org, dhsfaresdrats at gmail.com or WL2K:N4VIP at winlink.org,
WL2K:dhsfaresdrats at winlink.org
