[drats_users] Windows using 50% CPU after running for a few minutes.

I have D-RATS daily-02232012 installed on Windows 7 64 bit using a FTDI 
Serial to USB adapter.  AMD 64 x2 Dual 5200+ 2.6 Ghz.

It starts up normally, and initially does not use a noticeable about of CPU.

After about 15 minutes, and a few messages showing up in the chat 
window, the d-rats application starts using about 50% of the CPU, and 
this is even with no activity in the chat window, and no activity in the 
event log.

Shutting down d-rats and restarting it gets the CPU utilization down to 
0, but again for only about 15 minutes.

D-rats is connected to RAT and RAT1 and the local radio.

I tried d-rats with d-rats only configured to connect to RAT and RAT1 
and it still went into the 50% CPU utilization.
