[drats_users] Possible Bug (kc4mts)

As an addition to my previous statements, I stopped using the Web EOC 
program and used CCleaner to clear out the wooly bits (useless items) from 
my PC and rebooted. The issue of comm loss remains although one temporary 
fix with DV tool was to set it to automatically reconnect on loss of network 
connection. I noticed that the DV tool would be disconnected if I pinged 
stations in DRats or when I entered a standard text message.
It "seems" as if DRats is stopping when I communicate over DStar as QSTs and 
messages are no longer sent to the DRats main screen. Restarting DRats fixes 
the problem temporarily.
