[drats_users] D-RATS in Spanish

Good evening Dan,

I have testing D-Rats in RF with very nice results we are a group of ham
radio in Venezuela who are interesting in mix TNC and D-Star but most of
our does not speak english so we want to offer  you our help in translate
D-RATS and manuals to Spanish, would we work together in this project?
