Hi Dan
            I just finished watching your 2010 Dayton D-Rats
Presentation. During the presentation you mentioned that 
there is a D-Rats Plugin API.
This was news to me. I checked the D-Rats home page and was 
not able to find any information about this.

Does this API still exist? If so where can I go to find the
information about this Plugin API?
