[drats_users] Error 11001 "getaddr info failed'

OK, I did have the Net Port Unchecked but the Event Log said 
....TS-2000: (Unable to Connect (Unable to Connect Error 1101 ...)
.. so I assumed the issue was the Com Port & Not Network Port - Here is 
the Event Log

So now it appears we got closed and stopped - I had tried to send chat 
text to the TS-2000 and the radio did not key
... and while I was typing this e-mail the following got added to the 
debug log .....

QST from myself which I forgot was on (Intended for ID-880 which I had 
removed from the Config because I had re-used the com port for the TS-2000)
