[drats_users] DRATS SETTINGS FOR ICOM 31

Thanks Mike.

 

Now that we have some in town, going to try and do DRATS with 31A.

 

Stupid question.  Do you hook the 31A to the PC via the USB cable for DRATS?

Same as the 92AD, except set baud to 9600.

I've just been through this exercize and have the 31A working great with
D-Rats. I have two of them and they talk together very nicely, over d-rats.
