Did you even read my response?  Three in one day for the first time in 
45 days does not equal "3 to 4 times a week".

And just in case it's not clear, _everyone_ subscribed to the list 
receives the same notifications.  I see them, they're archived.  I (and 
everyone else) received the same ones.
