[drats_users] [D-RATS] #306: Transmit from Computer

Hi,

First, on the radio:
Make sure GPS is turned OFF
Make sure AUTO DATA TX  is turned ON

In D-RATS:
Make sure you've selected the radio port name in the pull-down menu to the left 
of the "Send Text" entry window.
Make sure the baud rate matches what the radio expects (9600 ??)

After typing a message and pressing Send don't see the radio transmit.
