 Hi Fred,

 Looks like a file got corrupted as a part of an unclean system shutdown or
 crash.  Delete that file and D-RATS should recover.  The file is:

 C:\Users\fred orsetti.fredorsetti-
 NB\AppData?\Roaming\D-RATS\messages\Drafts\.db
