[drats_users] AGWpe not on drop-down list

Guys, how do I create a port so that D-Rats can communicate with my 
AGWPE. I have this working on another PC just fine, but on this new PC 
it is not shown on the pull down menu when creating a new interface port.
I have searched this forum, the net and read the documentation. I am 
missing something silly here.

Please point me to a place where I can learn step-by-step to configure 
this agwpe setup.
